Trifactor is an award-winning digital marketing agency that's known for creating awesome video. We're on the hunt for a creative writer who knows how to tell stories and truly engage audiences on social media, blogs, videos, eBooks, commercials and more. The ideal candidate enjoys writing so much they can do it efficiently and with style.

Qualities & Responsibilities:

• Knows how to use a brand’s personality, tone, and tempo to hook audiences quickly
• Capable of confidently editing and proofreading articles, scripts and eBooks for clients
• Can multi-task and work swiftly with creative team, while not jeopardizing quality
• Polished, outgoing and confident, especially when meeting with key clients
• Great team player, upbeat and proactive about working under tight project deadlines
• Intelligent, witty, and great sense of humor in order to add value in brainstorming sessions internally or with clients
• Go on set as part of the film crew to coach participants in delivering their message in front of the camera
• Knowledgeable about the trends and techniques that make content marketing truly effective
• Understands how content plays a role in pushing leads down the funnel, while enhancing customer journeys
• Extremely organized and can manage a variety of content-related projects with little to no direction
• Skillful at using the right words to connect with predefined buyer personas.
• Consistent in managing and executing various content marketing initiatives that make up a client’s content marketing plan.
• Selects voiceover talent or freelance writer when necessary, provides clear feedback and ensures that each talent meets the project's objectives.
• Coordinates with Trifactor’s freelance creative network including videographers, on-screen talent and other freelance copywriters to deliver services in a timely manner.
• Understands the basics of SEO, including using tags, keyword research, metadata descriptions and how to write content for search engines.
• Writes influential copy for landing pages, email marketing, drip campaigns, and even social media ads to achieve specific marketing objectives.
• Responsible for making sure support writers submit work in a timely manner, adhering to blog publishing and email marketing schedules for Trifecta and its clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working for an agency or brand.
• Bachelors in English or Mass Communications.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate writing assignments.
• Great work ethic with a desire to develop a career further at the agency.
• Techie and fully capable of using WordPress and Hubspot.
• Superb communication skills (both written and verbal).

Compensation:

• Range of $45.000 to $50.000 annually

• This is a full-time position.
