Customer Service & Sales Support




This role will support our Social Media and Marketing Programs by ensuring people who engage with our tactics have the information they need to convert and purchase programs marketed by the agency on behalf of clients.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Comment on ads and follow up with leads generated via text messaging, email, or phone call outreach 
  • Update all suitable contact management systems to log calls and appointments booked
  • Answer basic inquiries about products and services 
  • Develop short scripts that will ensure frequently asked questions are answered in a timely fashion 
  • Manage the chat function of specific landing pages, if suitable
  • Follow up with bookings to ensure they attend their appointments 
  • Collect payment information for securing service appointments 
  • Speak to clients about the various services and promotions available
  • Track the conversions of each lead-to-customer ratio by working with the Content Marketing team 
  • Identify ways that marketing could send follow-up emails or automation to ensure more leads convert into customers 
  • Collaborated with the marketing team to create new campaigns that drove sales
  • Update Google MyBusiness reputation profiles and comment where suitable  

Skills & Requirements:


  • Must speak and write English fluently with little to no direction (C1 Level is required)
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn different platforms and software.
  • Sounds confident and convincing over the phone
  • Provides basic phone etiquette when handling calls
  • Pays attention to detail and takes detailed notes
  • Open to feedback and implements ways to increase conversions
  • Able to integrate well with the marketing team

Education & Experience:

  • Graduating from high school is a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in call centers as a customer services representative and managing health services and products.
  • Tech Savvy, comfortable working with different software and technological platforms, and hands-on experience with technology tools. 
  • Last year students or fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree, associate degree, or certificate are preferable but optional. 


  • Full time contract direct with the agency (Indefinido con prestaciones de ley).

Salary: 2.500.000 - 3.000.000 COP
