Graphic Designer

 

 

Overview

Trifactor is looking for a graphic designer with a professional level of English who can dive into the creative process and bring innovative ideas to our clients. Under the guidance of our Creative Director and the digital marketing team, you will brainstorm, conceptualize, and create all kinds of graphic products and communications for key clients and partners. We’re looking for someone with excellent time management, multitasking skills, and reliable, creative thinking capabilities to enhance the look and feel of each project with a peculiar taste.

Education & Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in the marketplace, agency experience is preferred. 
  • Proficient in English (B2 minimum).
  • Comfortable working online, collaborating with remote team members in the U.S. or from around the world.
  • Professional portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to execute creative briefs, recommend visual styles and approaches, as well as advise on the trends in graphic arts and digital media design.
  • Create digital and traditional graphic pieces for marketing campaigns, which may include pieces for websites, social media, YouTube, or even direct mail.
  • Ensure that design elements are in line with the strategic direction of each client.
  • Manage a production schedule of projects and ensure that all are completed on time, primarily while working with suppliers, other employees, or partners.
  • Efficiently use company tools to manage projects and resources in an organized manner.
  • Demonstrate a good eye for color usage, animation, typography, illustrations, branding, etc.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Knowledge in Premier, html5, and webpage design is a plus. 

Compensation:

  • 2.500.000 COP
