Job Description

Trifactor is looking for a creative storyteller, who can conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality corporate videos. If you have a passion for video and demonstrated experience creating engaging brand stories, this job is for you! 

We are seeking an experienced content video producer that can lead high-quality video projects from conceptualization to post-production by working with our Creative Team and Head of Production. Your main responsibility is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed creative and technical standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, monitor, and adapt to the strategic plan of each project
  • Experience in video production, video editing, and filming
  • Work with Head of Production to create project timelines 
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop concepts
  • Participate in pre-production planning to ensure efficient and high-quality work
  • Efficiently use company resources to achieve optimal results
  • Determines suitable camera equipment, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for shoots
  • Professional demeanor and great client-facing skills on-set and in production meetings
  • Ability to meet deadlines or submit work ahead of schedule
  • Must have a "can-do" attitude and be adaptable creatively
  • Comfortable working with the team abroad
  • Accountability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and technical when using project management tools
  • Maintains an up-to-date inventory of all equipment and support materials.
  • Creates and updates equipment checklist before and after the shoots.
  • Plans ahead and creates call-sheets for each shoot.
  • Follows a consistent video pre-pro and post-production process to make sure all projects maintain a consistent level of quality and efficiency.
  • Maintains video archiving in accordance with established guidelines and work-flows.
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
  • Travel to assigned location and work independently
  • Assist with directing talent on location to complete assignments
  • Download captured media and organize 
  • Understanding of Social Media and creating short-form videos 

Skills & Requirements:

The ideal candidate has executive production experience and a positive record of leadership. Working knowledge of video editing software ( Adobe Creative Suite ) and video filming equipment is also required.

    • Minimum of 2 years of video production
    • Strong knowledge of video production and project management
    • Demo reel of most recent works is required.
    • Comfortable working online, collaborating with remote team members in the U.S. or from around the world
    • Experience with Adobe's Creative Suite ( Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop )


  • Bachelor's Degree in digital media, film, or related field
