Talent Acquisition
& Engagement Coordinator

Trifactor is looking for a people person who can assist our leadership team with talent scouting, recruitment, and engagement. We’re looking for someone who specializes in employee relations, and can nurture the needs of our team members as they develop their careers at the agency. The ideal candidate is someone who listens carefully, designs a plan of action, and executes our people strategy to support our operations and international growth.


  • Manage the agency’s team member performance plan, ensuring compliance of employment rules, policies, code of conduct, and regulations. 
  • Create a healthy work environment, promoting well-being across team structures and the agency. 
  • Ensure an efficient and effective hiring and onboarding process for every new hire.
  • Identify and troubleshoot team member performance issues and escalate, as appropriate.
  • Greet and assist candidates during their onsite interview experience (post return-to-office).
  • Offer personalized support to candidates to ensure positive experience.
  • Assist agency owners in creating and managing approvals for requisitions. 
  • Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews, including complex team interviews at multiple sites and across multiple time zones.
  • Manage approvals for Out of the Office, timesheets, vacation time, continuing education, policy reviews, and benefits program. 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive personal documents, files, coaching plans, and feedback sessions. 
  • Facilitate performance evaluations and KPI´s for all employees and manage incentives.
  • Initiate and facilitate candidate’s certification letters, any relative document with Colombia’s local laws. 
  • Manage the onboarding process using our system teams, including guiding candidates through tasks and coordinating details with the Director of Finance & Op and the local manager.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding process scheduling, coordinating, and document preparation/filing.
  • Support agency operations with administrative duties at the local and international level as requested by the leadership team.
  • Actively participate in process improvement activities as the help center.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in an HR function inside of an organization.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with occupational safety standards in Colombia. 
  • Experience using a variety of job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Trabajo si hay, etc.) to optimize the recruitment process. 
  • Experience with payroll and HR benefit and management systems.
  • Evaluates and facilitates the automation of processes that support talent acquisition, career growth and development. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new software tools and platforms. 
  • Strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality keen on handling a professional interview process.
