Marketing Account Manager

A strategic thinker who can take digital marketing campaigns and videos to the next level



Trifactor is looking for a strategic thinker who can help our clients take their digital marketing campaigns and videos to the next level. The ideal team member has a proven track record of executing content and digital marketing plans. They have a solid understanding of WordPress, Hubspot, and platforms like Shopify to design lead generation and conversion funnels. To be a fit you will be an excellent communicator and knows intimately Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Analytics in order to maximize ad campaign budgets for key clients and the agency. This role also understands how to combine video, digital marketing, and creative services to create an impact for our clients. This person must convey confidence and serve as the client’s champion.

Education & Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of Marketing and/or Mass Communications experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields. 
  • Basic B2B/ B2C marketing or sales experience.
  • Bilingual full English proficiency ( Minimum C1 Level).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Agency experience, in managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary.
  • Comfortable working online, collaborating with remote team members in the U.S. or from around the world
  • Advanced knowledge of Hubspot’s inbound marketing methodologies
  • Know how to manage sales funnels and effectively drive lead generation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an advisor to client about everything digital, always offering the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and more.
  • Lead client calls, webinars, strategy and brainstorming sessions with high-profile executives.
  • Offer video production and social media marketing packages to clients on our agent network.
  • Make recommendations to clients that turn into projects and action items for the agency.
  • Oversee the ongoing project management of key accounts and offer agency services where appropriate.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
  • Take detailed notes on campaign bidding strategies and monitor daily performance.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the agency. 
  • Efficiently onboard new clients via scheduled consultations.
  • Implement content & video marketing tactics to support digital marketing campaigns.
  • Take diligent notes and keeping track of tasks to start and close marketing projects in a timely manner.
  • Start new online marketing projects and lead them to a close with little to no direction.
  • Design and execute drip email marketing campaigns and optimize them over time.
  • Manage relationships with other client´s partner agencies.
  • Work closely with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPI´s are being met.
  • Oversee client billing and forecasting.
