Director of Finance & Operations

Business runs smoother when Diego’s around. As Trifactor's Director of Finance and Operations, his skills go beyond payroll and administrative duties. He’s also the guy behind human resource management and process optimization, using his business knowledge to help Trifactor expand and make strategic investments in his home country of Colombia.

Diego earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Corporación Universitaria Iberoamericana in Bogota, Colombia. He has over 10 years of finance and administration experience. Prior to joining Trifactor, Diego worked in the treasury department of a national family compensation fund. He also worked in the merchant’s exchange, generating investment account financial reports for various government entities.

I believe that by taking ownership and producing quality work, Trifactor will grow stronger each and every day. 

When he’s not in the office, Diego dabbles in travel photography, enjoys live music, and loves cooking at home with his family and life partner.
