Besides a positive attitude and a big smile, Marcela  brings to the table more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational psychology, helping companies in building employees' trust and creating talent solutions. At Trifactor she is responsible for spotting and engaging the right people who are inspired by what we do and how we do things.

Marcela loves to study and keeps herself up to date with HR practices. She earned a Master degree in Human resources Management from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia; and also holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Universidad Pedagogica y Tecnologica de Colombia in Boyacá, Colombia. 

I'm convinced that having passionate, genuine and forward thinking talent is a key for business success and it's our responsibility to provide them a safe and healthy workplace so they can shine bright like a diamond.

Marcela is proudly Colombian with Caribbean and Andean roots that makes her passionate about multiculturalism and diversity not only in workspaces but also in day to day life. She is a dog person, a super beginner runner and enjoys traveling and collecting experiences that last a lifetime.
